What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the booking type. Generally, cancellations made 120 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund. For specific details, please refer to your booking confirmation or contact our reservations team.
Are your properties pet-friendly?
Yes, certain properties are pet-friendly. Those properties allow pets maximum weight 40 lbs with a non-refundable pet fee.
Do you offer toiletries?
Yes, all of our properties are equipped with starter shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and lotion. Our properties also have several rolls of toilet paper as well as starter dish soap and laundry detergent. Just enough to hold you over until you make your grocery run for the trip.
Do you have high-speed Wi-Fi available?
Just like most of our guests, we too are digital addicts and want to ensure our guests have high-speed internet at all of our properties. Also several properties have dedicated workspace so that you can stay updated with your work during your stay.
Do you offer essentials?
Yes, all of our properties have a starter package of paper towels, dish detergent, and dishwasher detergent.
