This beach front home is cooled using individual mini split A/C units.

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each boasting glass sliding doors that brings the outside in by providing beautiful ocean views. The 3 bathrooms in the house showcase modern fixtures and amenities.

On the 2nd floor of this gorgeous 2-story home, you will be invited to an open concept living room combined with a kitchen area that the whole family will love during your amazing getaway. This layout creates a perfect space for that much needed quality family time. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and offers ample storage and countertop space for all your cooking needs.
