Beach Time ~ In Belize!

Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted by an open floor plan with a spacious living area perfect for planning your island adventures. Our local dedicated chefs will have a beautiful spread of tasty treats that will make your taste buds dance with excitement.

The living area has a comfortable sectional couch with a large screen television. Be sure to check out the gourmet chef’s kitchen! This kitchen offers plenty of space to gather and enjoy meals during your stay. Our private chef can make you and your guests phenomenal Belizean dishes! Take advantage of the stainless steel appliances and full access to a fully stocked pantry area. Located directly off the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your personal use. Additionally, a local fresh fruit and vegetable vendor brings a cart by 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), so don't miss out!

As you make your way through Casa de Playa SolMates you will note that each bedroom has mini split air conditioning units and ceiling fans to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Closets have custom drawers and shelving, so go ahead and unpack and make yourself at home! Flat-screen TVs are included in each room, and all bathrooms have large vanities and countertops with beautiful designer sinks. Two of the bathrooms offer large tiled walk-in showers, and the other bathrooms feature shower/tub combos. A screened in porch is located off the master suite for your leisurely enjoyment. For guests who need to secure valuables, there are two safes in the home for your use.

Artisan made hammocks hang just above the tranquil turquoise waters (when the sargassum isn't strong); it's a perfect way to enjoy the island breeze and the sounds of the Caribbean seas. Relax on the sundeck and take in the view from our private beach! Or take a dip in the dedicated pool. Guests can fish right off the pier or relax over the water under the shade of the palapa. Gather around a custom made barbecue pit or picnic tables and enjoy the show of having your fresh catch, lobster or conch prepared for you in true Belizean/Mayan tradition. Stroll through the property grounds, enjoying the shade of a lush coconut palm canopy and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Our property manager can cut down coconuts and prepare refreshing rum drinks and traditional juices for you! Observe island iguanas in their very own iguana habitat and maybe even get the opportunity to feed one of these captivating reptiles.

Enjoy the Bar and Grill located on the property. The Crow's Nest has bar food as well as any tropical beverage you could imagine. Be sure to ask for a fresh Crazy Coconut "Coco Loco" a fresh beverage made from the coconuts at the property.
